Project:
The new Mooka state-of-the-art ore-car repair shop, office and warehouse building required epoxy resin high build coating to withstand extreme heavy duty from the 10 tonne AGV (Automated Guiding Vehicles) traffic.
A degree of slip resistance and colourful, clearly marked demarcation walkways, line marking and service demarcation areas requirement was significant and important because of the crosswalks where pedestrians
versus the automatic guiding vehicles traffic is clearly marked and identified.
Solution:
Antiskid is an expert in installing epoxy resin high build coatings for heavy duty industrial flooring having been commissioned to install similar for many industry sectors in Western Australia.
Antiskid, in consultation with McConnell Dowell, specified multiple coats of coloured epoxy roll coat and a mild slip resistant finish to the final coat to ensure a standard of R10 slip resistance.
