Fiona Stanley Hospital Entrance
ANTISKID AT WORK
>Highly visible, skid resistant coloured demarcation
> Coloured road surfacing
Australia’s newest and largest $2 billion public hospital, Fiona Stanley in Murdoch required a safe, highly visible skid resistant surface for its main entrance paving. Servicing the growing communities south of Perth and across the State the coloured surface treatment had to be durable enough to retain its vivid coloured delineation and skid resistant qualities whilst coping with the expected heavy traffic usage.
In conjunction with Brookfield Multiplex and Antiskid’s design department Omnigrip CST coloured pavement surface was specified, because it provided durable, safe and vivid colour delineation, particularly because of the extensive use expected with ambulance and emergency traffic 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
