Two years after Antiskid was established, Greg joined his father in the business in 1989, taking up the position as the company’s licensed safety practitioner. His skill in developing the broad application of resin/epoxy flooring, road safety systems, anti-slip treatment and safety flooring applications saw Greg become a finalist in the prestigious annual ‘40 under 40’ professional awards in 2004. Very much the ideas man behind the business he continuously finds solutions to flooring application requirements and drives this Perth-based company to the forefront of the industry as demonstrated by the resounding success it enjoys today.
Shawn has been with the company since 2008. He is primarily responsible for attracting new clients and ensuring strong and lasting relationships with existing customers. As a qualified estimator, Shawn’s role also involves providing accurate quotations and materials estimates as well as being in charge of sales and overall project management. Shawn contributes to the company in so many ways.
Multi-talented Business Development and Marketing Manager who is adept at communicating with key stakeholders in assessing project needs with many years experience in network engineering and enterprise project management. As a Certified Senior Project Manager and troubleshooting expert who keeps up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry Jamie’s main role in the organization is to ensure that client projects are correctly specified and delivered.
Eliane da Silva
Elle has been with the company since 1999 during which time she has taken on responsibility for office management and contracts administration. She has accrued an enormous amount of industry knowledge and skill sets that allow her to provide expert assistance to the managing director, especially on larger contracts, and to liaise with a diverse range of clients.
Michelle is a vital cog in the Antiskid operating wheel, being responsible for the entire purchasing of products and working very closely with the project managers to ensure the smooth running of each and every job, making sure everything is on time and following up every step of the way. Apart from being the welcoming face in the ‘front office’ Michelle is also responsible for a very broad range of administration duties.
